2) FAX / EMAIL

 

Applications for ballot by mail may also be faxed or emailed and must be received no later than the close of business on the 11th day before Election Day. For an application submitted by fax or email to be effective, the original copy of the application MUST also be mailed and received by the Elections Office by the fourth business day after it was faxed or emailed. (Texas Election Code 84.007, effective December 1, 2017.)

 3) ABSENTEE BALLOT BY MAIL - HAND DELIVERY

For the November 3, 2020 general election, the hand-delivery period has been extended.  You may deliver your own personal ballot, and not the ballot for another individual to the Elections Department at 1112 Santa Fe Dr, Weatherford during regular business hours (Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00 PM) any time after you receive and mark the ballot. 

You will be asked to sign a roster to record acceptance of your ballot and you will be asked to present an acceptable form of photo ID.  If you do not possess and cannot reasonably obtain an acceptable form of photo ID, you can execute a Reasonable Impediment Declaration and provide a supporting form of identification

This form is for absent Uniformed Service members, their families, and citizens residing outside the United States.

It is used to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and update your contact information
