Please note, the law has changed. To be effective, an application for ballot by mail submitted by EMAIL or  FAX, the original must also be submitted by mail and be received by the early voting clerk not later than the fourth business day after the transmission by email or fax is received. (TEC 84.007).

Applications may also be 'walked in" prior to the start of Early voting (see above address); after that date, they must mailed in. It is used to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, and update your contact information
