Alice Lee
Alice Cheng Lee is a partner at Hawes Hill & Associates, LLP. She also serves as the Executive Director for the Southwest Management District (formerly known as the Greater Sharpstown Management District). Alice previously assisted with fundraising efforts at the Chinese Community Center and Asia Society Texas Center. She also served as Chief of Staff to Council Members Martha Wong and Chris Bell and was the Administrative Coordinator for the Mayor Pro-Tem's Office for Gordon Quan and Carol Alvarado before retiring from the City of Houston in 2004.
Alice is currently President of the Chinese Professional Club and the Chinese American Citizens Alliance Houston Lodge. She just joined the Cure Covid Consortium Board in May 2020 and was appointed by Mayor Sylvester Turner to serve on the 45-member Task Force on Policing Reform. Alice and Mark are members of Asian American Democrats of Texas. Alice previously served as Secretary for the League of Women Voters of Houston, President of Kolter Elementary PTO, as well as President for Women Professionals in Government.
Alice is married to Mark Lee, native Houstonian, and they have two UT-Austin Longhorns (Eric and Katherine).
