Safiye Namver

Safiye Namver has been devoted to issues around refugee resettlement for a number of years, which she hopes to further through politics. She is passionate about politics and hopes to be able to make an impact in communities through healthcare, education, and housing in the future. 

Safiye is a junior at Clear Lake High School. She is a public speaker and debater, selected to deliver a TEDx talk, and recognized for her debate abilities at both the local and national level. Additionally, Safiye’s extensive volunteer experience working with children and art was recognized by the President's Volunteer Service Award.
